The hotel was located in a very convenient and central area, making it easy to explore the city and visit local attractions. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service.- The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay during our city trip.
The bed was too firm, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The pillows were old and uncomfortable, causing further discomfort during the night.

The location of the hotel is really in the center, just a short walk from the historic center. It is also conveniently located beside the Gare and the Bus and subway stations, making transportation very easy. The Privilege Room, although basic in terms of furniture, is reasonably sized, immaculately clean, and has a good lighting in the bathroom. It also offers amenities such as a minibar with free soft drinks, an espresso machine, and a free 1-hour Wi-Fi pass.
Some guests have mentioned that the beds are not comfortable, with old mattresses that have springs that may cause discomfort.

Hotel is fine, rooms are spaceous, free wireless internet is very convenient. Location just opposite the metrostation and close to shops and restaurants.
Breakfast is relatively expensive at 16 euros. After I discovered some errors in my bill, the staff was not spontaneous in solving the problem, but solved it anyway after insisting.

Great location in the heart of the city with plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were amazing, with 24-hour reception and excellent service. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast was fresh with a variety of choices to choose from.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel; it was a great stay in this city.

What a dissapointment! What looked like an old apartment building with tiny rooms with no special features, tiny twin beds not much bigger than cots, not even a free bottle of water! This was the poorest room quality for a Mercure that I've stayed in in a long time. It makes me reevaluate whether I will continue staying in Mercures. Why, I ask myself, did I pay 117 euros for a room that was no better than any Kyriad, Campanile or Ibis, in fact even poorer in bed quality than many Campaniles! That's a shame and an insult to your customers! My wife is French and we travel the world and have the occasion to stay in many Accor hotels if we like.

Great location, easy access to transport and plenty of shopping and entertainment options nearby. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The rooms were a bit cramped, making it difficult to relax and move around comfortably. The prices were on the higher side, especially for a mid-range hotel.

I chose this hotel for my corporate retreat and it was perfect. The location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the railway station and about 15 minutes from the new conference center. The facilities were great, with a breakfast room, bar, elevator, wireless Internet access, meeting rooms. It was an ideal choice for both work and relaxation.
The only thing that I missed for my work was a business center. It would have been convenient to have access to computers and printers for any last-minute work needs.
